AEDM Day #12: Buffalo Chicken Pizza

Here's an original recipe for you curtsey of moi. Sorry there are no photos... we had to eat it super fast before running out to a funeral. And yes I do count creating original recipes as a form of art ;)

Buffalo Chicken Pizza

Ingredients:
1 Chicken Breast - cubed into 1/2" pieces
Buffalo Shake n' Bake
Refrigerator Pizza Crust
Sour Cream
Hidden Valley Spicy Ranch Mix
Provolone Cheese
Shredded Pizza Cheese
Ranch Dressing

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Roll out crust on pizza stone or cookie sheet.
Mix 1 Tbsp ranch mix to 2 tbsp sour cream. Spread on crust.
Layer crust with Provolone and bake for 10-15 mins.
Meanwhile, shake chicken cubes in shake n' bake mix and cook in skillet.
Add to pizza and top with more cheese.
Bake until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
Serve with Ranch.
