Easy Sausage Jambalaya

A go-to dinner for our family is Jambalaya. It's so easy to make and always delicious. What I especially love about this recipe, is how easy it is since it only calls for a handful of ingredients.
As I was making it tonight, I decided to share my recipe with you all...
Easy Sausage Jambalaya
serves 4
Ingredients:
1 link of Smoked Sausage - sliced and halved
Garlic Salt
Onion Powder
Dried Thyme
2 cups Chicken Broth (or Bouillon with Water)
2 cups Minute Rice
Tony Chachere's

Directions:
Place sausage in large pan and begin cooking over medium-high heat. Keep stirring to prevent burning. Once the sausage is about halfway browned, coat with garlic salt and onion powder. Stir and continue to cook.
When the sausage is fully browned and crispy (about 10 minutes), sprinkle a little thyme on top and pour broth into pan. Bring to boil.
Lower the heat to low, add rice. Coat with Tony Chachere's and mix together. Cover and let cook for 5 minutes. When water is absorbed, remove from heat and serve :)

Can you get any easier than this one-pan, 20 minute dinner?
