A couple weeks ago we went to the opening night of the Mercedes Livestock Show. Despite having lived in the Valley for a cumulative 3.5 years, I had never been. It was kinda like the kick off for carnival and circus season own here. There seem to be little set-ups everywhere and I absolutely love this time of year since carnivals are one of my favorite things on Earth!
