Today's project is brought to you by another "dig" find. This was a jersey dress that was just way too unflattering on me. Since it already had the elastic waistband, I decided to just cut the bottom off and create a finished edge over the elastic for a new skirt.
I have plans to revamp the top but we'll see how that turns out...
In other related news, I spent $1.75 on some fabric paint for some upcoming refashions so the remaining budget now stands at $20 which is spot-on for this point in the month :)
