Project 30.30.30. - Day 4

Today I found a little black tee at the bottom of my 6 month box. It was a little snug and had a much lower neck line than I prefer. In fact I don't think I ever wore it :-/

As I was trying it on, I could envision a cute bolero out of it. Especially since I loved the length of the cap sleeves. So I turned to trusty google and found this post.
One cut and one long straight seam later, I had this perfectly adorable shrug...

I absolutely love how it turned out. I have several tanks and strapless dresses that this will modestfy perfectly :)
Plus since I've been working through my existing clothing stash I still have my full $30 budget left :)
