I have always been a big fan of crochet blankets since my grandma made me a bunch as a little girl. In fact I used to take ribbon and make little dress up skirts out of them. So when I saw this pretty yellow baby blanket at "the dig," I definitely couldn't pass it up.
While that kind of skirt isn't very practical for me these days, I wanted a simply refashion. So I found some pretty yellow cut out ribbon in my stash. After folding the blanket in half, I just gathered about 8" on each end and tied them off with 2 bows.
I ended up with a cute boho shrug. I really like it actually and think it looks perfect with this dress :)
